It’s important that local leaders are aware of how brownfields are regulated to keep residents safe and what redevelopment opportunities exist. This webinar explained the basics of environmental clean-up regulations, provided an overview of liability, due care, and land use restrictions, and explained the available Brownfield funding assistance.
