Ludiscere | Remaking the JRPG: Octopath Traveler (Part 3 of 3) @Ludiscere | Uploaded December 2018 | Updated October 2024, 30 minutes ago.
hey there everyone, and welcome back to another video.

this is the third and final video in a mini-series of sorts which i've called 'Remaking the JRPG', in which i have a look at three different games that have come out in the last few years which have taken the old JRPG formula as their main inspiration. the idea is to have a look at both how these games hold up in a modern gaming space, as well as how good they are in their own right, and ideally come to some sort of general conclusion about how well these games manage to do what it is they set out to.

this part is about Octopath Traveler, and the two before this were about I am Setsuna and Lost Sphear.

i really hope you enjoy the video, i worked hard on these three, and hopefully that shows.

thanks again for watching. if you like what i do, please like the video, leave a comment, and subscribe if you want to see more. i appreciate all the support.
