Melis Caner shares her process of remaking Jackson Wang’s "Cruel" music video using a stylized 3D workflow. Starting with the new HD stylized base in Character Creator 5, she utilized the ActorMIXER to blend unique character parts and skin details before refining the look with custom makeup and expression tests. She captured her own movement using a Rokoko suit, cleaned up the animation in iClone, and added nuanced facial expressions using the "Digital Soul" pack. The final scene comes together in Blender, where I combined custom-designed clothing simulated in Marvelous Designer with authentic 3D scans of an ancient city in Turkey.
