From 2025-2035, Pluto, planet of power, goes out of bounds for the final time in thousands of years. A pattern of history that has held since the beginning of recorded history is about to end. What does it mean when a planet goes out of bounds? What can we expect from Pluto unbound? And are we about to witness the end of history as we know it?
