Players and testers have been focusing largely on the GAC and TW issues related to Relic Delta - And because they are the most pressing issue that 100% makes sense, but I'd like to talk about a quick way that CG can fix Conquest to better work with the relic delta system in order to allow feat acquisition to remain [mostly] unchanged.
