In this unedited art video I start by sharing one of my favourite creative magazines, Uppercase. As well, I wanted to share "Little U", a great book by Uppercase geared towards young people and the young at heart. I take inspiration from the cover of Uppercase 64 , by artist Anisa Makhoul.

I show you how I like to discover new watercolour painting techniques by playing with a different shape watercolour brush than I would usually paint with. Today, I used a .5" dagger brush by "Derwent".
I did a demo of images that would be great abstract butterflies, botanicals and plants.
