I called this weekās piano session: Interconnected. Different ideas come to my mind, when I think of connected or interconnected. What are your first thoughts? For meā¦
...I think of how much we humans and our actions on this planet became interconnected. A real global interconnection. I think of how weāre connected through the web, so I can create a tune and you can listen, or how we can exchange information and learn from or inspire each other. Thatās an example of interconnected minds. Also I think of how industries became so strongly interconnected. With all its blessings and issues. Interconnected also means together.
So, it became āInterconnectedā, but at first I wanted to call this one āWeāre In This Togetherā (too long for a title?). Emphasizing that this special global (interconnected) situation is one we will live through together. We will, and we will do this like humans do. With respect, solidarity and love to our race. For each other.

Itās one of the beautiful things about being a human. Weāre alive. We breathe, our senses feel the environment, taste, smell, hear, see, our minds can experience, think, plan, build and execute, be aware. We can feel pain, but also joy and love, and so many other emotions.
Interestingly, weāre made of the same elements as anything else on this planet. Like the rocks featured in the tuneās music video. Those are just there. Stone matter in the ocean. The formation changes constantly, as the ocean takes the land slowly but steadily. The smaller rock in the front was standing strong and high until what we call the year 2005. It broke and fell apart. Water takes and carries away. Who knows, maybe a few elements that have been part of that rock are now part of your body, as it rebuilds to stay alive constantly? Yes, or no, doesnāt matter. What matters is: Weāre the ones who are alive. And we are so now. ...to be celebrated with respect :)

We all know what healing is about. Something, someone, maybe you, maybe society, maybe the planet is hurt, is broken, is in pain. Either because itās at its lifecycle end, or because of an illness. The first is simply part of the wheel of life. The second can often be counteracted.
Healing is close to regeneration. Itās similar. Itās also close to rest, relaxation, and sleep. In sleep we heal and regenerate, too. Many systems regenerate or heal simply from letting them alone and giving them time. Sometimes not continuing to do something that created the illness is the key.
Other times there might be a specific treatment necessary to initiate healing for a specific illness. I believe there are often multiple paths that can lead to healing. Often also, the healing process has a time window of activation. I had to see people die needlessly to be able to say that.
If we start taking care of ourselves or something too late, it might actually be too late. Some systems cannot recover after reaching a certain point of destruction. In any case, I called this tune āHealā. Often we can heal if we choose to do what is necessary to heal. Let the healing begin.
