As part of my Creative Recovery, I am trying to work on a number of projects. In this video I use a long piece of paper and start to work on it with the intention of turning it into a Concertina (Accordion) Book - I don't do that in the end. But focussing on this piece of work for a couple of hours was very relaxing and meditative.
