This is a very different video for me, but my other love apart from Crafting is enjoying the spiritual side of life. I wanted to share a relaxing, meditative video to help time slow down, relax, focus on your breathing and take a few mins out for yourself.

Try to focus on your breathing, the music and flowing waves.
If you do get thoughts pop in your head, simply think or say ‘not now’ until eventually the thoughts will stop and you can trying relax and recharge.
