Leader of the Albanian communists Enver Hoxha gives a detailed analysis of the revisionist policy of the Khrushchevite clique that had come to power in the USSR.
The revisionists began the so-called "De-stalinization". This was a policy of attacking and slandering the soviet leader Joseph Stalin order to justify a series of policy changes in the Soviet Union.
Among these changes were "reforms" in economic policy, away from socialist central planning towards more profit oriented de-centralized system.
Distorted view of Lenin's "peaceful co-existence" to mean hindering revolutionary movements in favor of sustain Soviet geo-political interests.
Covering up class differences and contradictions inside the USSR. The revisionists denounced the Dictatorship of the Proletariat claiming it was no longer needed as the USSR allegedly had no class contradictions or class struggle.
All of these errors were combated by Enver Hoxha, Mao Tse-tung and others.
