After 5 years of my first debut into touhou metal "Beasts of Creation", I'm excited to announce the fully rerecorded and remastered album, "Beasts of Re:Creation"!!!
I knew as I continued to improve upon my production skills, that I'd want to rerecord my first touhou album. Years later, a few setbacks, well..., a lot of setbacks, I am finally able to make this album available to all.
I wanna thank those who have already listened to my rerecordings, they are my best viewed videos on my channel because of it. Also want to thank the touhou metal community, mainly Holmgang ov Gensokyo for supporting me as I continued to push the boundaries (not Yukari's) of progressive touhou metal. Also would like to thank Lunar of GensokyoRadio for working with me on making CDs of this album. And finally, a personal thanks to Marika, the artist who I commissioned for the cover art for this album. Who worked through our hassles to understand the process on how to print CDs (what is cmyk lol).
Digital/Physical is set to release on Reitaisai 22 (May 5th)

What is a lunatic? Who are the lunatics of this world? Why does insanity exist to begin with? Take our own fairy from hell Clownpiece. Through the souls of hell, she can manipulate the life force of a being causing them to become insane. As she quotes, going crazy is the means of bringing out ones true strength. If we are creatures that must maintain higher strength in order to survival the hells of life, why do we not seek out insanity? Is it because this strength is considered cheating in the game of life? Or is it because once past the point of insanity, the essence of an individual can no longer can exist. Are true strength and individuality inverses of one another? If so, then of what path is our true destiny? Even if we dont know the answer, one thing is for sure...

No, this song isnt clowncore style, but its definitely up there in terms of insanity. This also may or may not be teaser single for an upcoming EP 🤐

残月节, which roughly translates to, Festival of the Remaining Moon, is an arrangement of Broken Moon from Suimusou - Immaterial and Missing Power.
This is song was originally gonna be just a standard BGM for like a Chinese style game (a certain city in Genshin was mentioned), but the original melody closely matched Broken Moon that it eventually became an arrangement. The original melody is very festival like so going with this type of style matches perfectly.
Now that I think about it, it wouldve been better to post this around the time of the harvest festival, smh me
