In preparation for AxialFest 2018 I have a few builds coming up, but this could be a fun, perhaps even weekly series. Workshop Wednesdays? I will sure try!
Finally some progress on the workshop! I have been absent in the past couple of months. I have suffered a collapsed lung and it took six weeks to get the proper diagnose. In case you wonder what that feels like, I can best describe it as feeling like you are slowly drowning. Thankfully though, it was discovered, corrected, and I have been recovering well ever since.
This week I show how I insulated and reinforced in preparation for the new concrete floor to be poured. I'm using gravel which is compacted, 4 inch styrofoam, and rebar netting on distance blocks.
