There’s some serious reindeer training going on over here! We’re starting with some low jump practice in the barn, but hope to be in good enough shape to leap from rooftops by the 25th.
In all seriousness, I started the morning grumpy, with an intense list of goals for the next 25 days. Less phone, more exercise, better management of email, cleaner house, more connecting with friends, more water… you know the kind of morning I’m talking about. I was feeling heavy with all the “shoulds”.
All good stuff, but then I went to the barn and started to play, and the whole list thing didn’t seem quite so important anymore. (And by doing what felt good, I was checking a lot of boxes without even trying!) It’s amazing how some silly physical movement can totally change our brain for the better.
I hope these little reindeer give you a little laugh today too. Sending big love from the Farm! (And watch until end for a very rare appearance of Chris on video at the end as we introduce today’s goat of the day!)
