Here I am demonstrating the Reindeer Breath—
a shamanic breathing technique used to enter expanded and transcendent states of consciousness.

Among my people, this breath was also a way to survive.
Like the reindeer, we used it to stay warm through the harsh Arctic winters.
Breath and sound were not separate from life—
they were doorways, portals into heightened awareness
that supported endurance, connection, and survival.

These practices allowed my people to listen more deeply,
to navigate unseen realms,
and to remain in relationship with the natural world.
