Every state has different requirements for registering a used RV. For the most part new RV's dealers do most of the work for you but with a used one, you need to see what is required as to transferring the title.
1. Make sure you do not need a notary to sign over title
2. See what your DMV requires to transfer a title
In my case here in Kentucky I had to have a fire inspection.
