The Regeneron Great Limerick Run 2024 took place on Sunday May 5th 2024 from Pery Square Limerick. It was 15th edition of the Regeneron Great Limerick Run which lit up the streets of Limerick, with more than 14,000 participants spanning all event categories.
The Regeneron Great Limerick Run is the biggest mass participation sporting event outside Dublin. Every year the City of Limerick comes to a stand still as thousands of runners take over and run the Citys streets! This event has 3 separate distance options: Full Marathon, Half Marathon & 6 Mile!
Tudor Mircea Moldovan (Romanian-born runner), representing Clonliffe Harriers AC finished first with a time of 2:24:10.
Marathon and the Marathon Relay event started at 9am.
Half Marathon start at 10:30am
6 Mile start at 12:30pm.
