Regency Kid's Fan 44" ceiling fan. Essentially a white Marquis motor with multicolor accessories. Big thanks to @Emanfan96 for offering to get this for me. It's been in my own backlog for awhile, but I've been trying to process some REALLY old backlog so this kept getting bumped. Of course, Regency is my jam. The entire catalog of late 90's products was my main exposure to showroom fans in my early childhood, so this one is significant. Despite being the newer variant, it's got the vibe, and now I have the key components that I could put on an earlier motor if I wanted to truly create the version I love the most. I'd say as far as products in this realm go, most people would find this to be among the most boring and basic, but even when I was little, I liked this fan more than most other multicolor options I saw. To this day, I think I like the fact that it leans more into a mainstream fan look, and I always like the concept of being able to re-accessorize as kids grow out of the style. Unfortunately that concept probably upped the rarity of these components, but I always just think it's smart for these niche styles. I will say the single white blade is a bit of a cop-out, though I do prefer it to one of the colors being repeated; that would drive me crazy. Really just needs the 4-blade option, or a random added color. Being the smaller blade span, performance is pretty good. Normally I'm not very into small blades on larger motor housing styles in the visual sense, but the proportions here aren't bad. Fan was flush mounted, so you know I added a downrod to that business. I also replaced the canopy with a spare I had, as there was a somewhat significant dent on the side and light cracking of the finish around it. Along with that, I had a spare coupling cover/lower canopy that is the earlier style and not correct for this generation, but I went ahead and used it anyway. It kind of helps blur the old and new components visually, I like that it brings a bit of hybrid to the overall styling. Otherwise condition is generally good. Really no issues with the motor finishes. Bits of wear on the light kit and most blades, nothing unexpected for something used. Had to replace one light kit baffle just because there was a small chunk missing on the outer ring portion, and the entire light kit needed major help because the garbage pot metal arms kept stripping the threads and getting loose. Had to get a little creative, looks like overkill of fasteners inside now as I used double nuts on most of them, but it worked.
