Currently, a new, golden generation of producers is just waiting to showcase themselves to a wider audience, and as a POLISH EVENT, we must support the young and talented. For this reason, we decided to give a chance in the contest to every producer who dares to create the ANTHEM – the theme of RISE FROM THE ASHES.
We have selected the 10 best productions for the next stage of our contest – tracks that best capture the essence of our ritual. An event that will once again define the direction of BLACK SUGAR.
Among the selected tracks, an entry from RefreqX has appeared – "We Will Rise".
"We Will Rise" is a track of victory over adversity. RefreqX has created a composition that combines the image of a shared flight "towards the sky" with dramatic moments of purification. Ultimately, a new strength will be born from the ashes. Piotr's production is an anthem of unity, where every drop becomes a step upward. It is a story of determination, the power of community, and the fact that even the biggest dreams can become reality. Because the belief that "we will rise" – can be stronger than ever before.
REFREQX is definitely for those who love the new wave of RAW, unconventional combinations, and above all – powerful and unique styles. He has already performed at several major events in our country, and recently released a few tracks, including on Scantraxx Prospexx.

BLACK SUGAR is more than just an event – it’s a community, a passion, and a pure love for hard sounds. It all began in 2020 with a dream of creating a unique space for fans of HARD music. We drew our inspiration from the world's biggest festivals, such as QLIMAX, DEFQON.1, and HARD BASS.
In 2022, we launched our live streams featuring the best Polish artists, showcasing the full spectrum of heavy sounds. A year later came the breakthrough- the first edition of BLACK SUGAR in Łódź proved that Poland is ready for world-class events. Today, we know exactly where we are headed. 2025 marks a new era for BLACK SUGAR - stronger, faster, and even more intense. The future? Together with you, we want to reach the hardstyle stars and become the premier event in Poland. Because at BLACK SUGAR, nothing is impossible!
