i am always keeping busy doing a lot of things. the more you do, the more likely you are to fail, or to deal with the consequences of other people's failures. this isn't fun. it's easy to do less stuff because of fear of the shitty feeling that comes from dealing with these failures. i constantly try to reframe what pops into my head so that i am not dragged down by those feelings, and can continue with the busy life i keep.
