Pat McCabe (Weyakpa Najin Win, Woman Stands Shining) is a Diné (Navajo) mother, grandmother, activist, artist, writer, ceremonial leader, and international speaker. On 27th October, Pat joined a powerful TreeSisters panel discussion. The panel included Diana Beresford Kroeger (Botanist and author), Osprey Orielle Lake (WECAN), Dr Kinari Webb (Health in Harmony), Jayn Sterland (MD Weleda, UK & Ireland) and was hosted by Clare Dubois (Founder of TreeSisters).

In this video clip, Woman Stands Shining talks highlights that the current financial systems do not reflect the ways of Nature. She describes the ways of Nature as being Radical Abundance and Fearless Generosity. She explains, by referencing Elder Orglando Bishop, that money is upstream of so many activities we’re trying to address. Money is the largest and deepest unconscious agreement humanity has ever made. It is not part of the Earth, it’s a spell that has been conjured and it affects everything. We were born generationally into this idea that this must be and this is the way the Earth is. It is not the way the Earth is. The Earth’s economy is RADICAL ABUNDANCE AND FEARLESS GENEROSITY.
