Reflections on "The Mother Chapter 6", Talk #2 – Illustrated is a talk by Dr. Ananda Reddy on Sri Aurobindo's, "The Mother." Here, Dr. Reddy discusses the concept of the Mother in the Vedas, the Upanishads, the Puranas and in spirituality throughout history. He introduces Sri Aurobindo's Divine Plan of the four absolutes (Tat, Sat-Chit-Ananda, aditi and The Mother) and carefully graphs out the developmental intricacies of the manifested universe. The short book, "The Mother", contains all the key concepts of Sri Aurobindo's greatest writings in a rather condensed form. The original production comes from a series of talks given by Dr. Ananda Reddy at the Savitri Bhavan in Auroville, India in 2012, and recently these have been published on the MotherAndSriAurobindo youtube channel. These same talks will be republished on this channel, with a rich supply of illustrations and graphics to help illumine the detailed discussion by Anand Reddy.
