It's official! We have given our fertility clinic approval to thaw one of our embryos for transfer next week. Sarah takes the drive to complete the paperwork and reflects about our infertility journey while there. This experience is so different (heavier yet lighter) this time around. Thanks for being there for us through it all! At home she whips up vegan enchiladas for dinner. It feels right to film a cook with me segment again. In the evening we go to Magic Kingdom to spend the last night of the Erhardt's vacation with them. We ride Ariel's Undersea Adventure and watch Happily Ever After! It's always a bummer to say goodbye to our special friends.
