Mobile users cannot not see the notes I added to this video.
Here's a video on how I refill 1 pound propane tanks. Note that the Flame King refill adapter has been modded to be able to fill up Coleman 1 pound cylinders. Flame King tanks are the only tanks you can refill unless you mod the adapter to accept Coleman tanks.

I forgot to mention this in the video. I have a spray bottle of water and dish soap that I spray on the tank holes after refilling. You can easily see if there is a slow leak from the main hole and the relief valve. Sometimes you may have to pop the relief valve a couple times to make it re-seat properly. Older tanks may have to be discarded if they will no longer seal properly.
Please stop posting that it is not air coming out of the tank. I know it is gas and air is a gas also. Just move on please :)
