AI art sucks, but I want to take a moment to examine how image generation might become more commonplace in the art world regardless. There will most likely be a future where generative AI is used in parts of everything... from automatically naming photoshop layers to doing retopology and rigging on 3d models. What will that life be like? Probably awful, but it's worth preparing yourself for.
