On 1/15/26, In conjunction with the opening of the GRAMMY Museum’s pop-up exhibit, Selena: From Texas To The World, the GRAMMY Museum was thrilled to present a panel discussion about the life and legacy of the Queen of Tejano, Selena Quintanilla and the Netflix documentary Selena y Los Dinos
Panelists included Suzette Quintanilla (sister, Selena y Los Dinos drummer, and Executive Producer of the Selena y Los Dinos documentary),Chris Pérez (Selena’s husband and Selena y Los Dinos guitarist), Ricky Vela (Selena y Los Dinos keyboardist and songwriter), Pete Astudillo (Selena y Los Dinos band member and songwriter), Isabel Castro (documentary director), and Daniel Torres (documentary producer), talking about the creative process behind the film, Selena’s life and legacy, and the making of the new GRAMMY Museum pop-up exhibit.
