I have been Practicing parkour and Freerunning for the last 7 years and have been teaching PK about half of those years. Along with training almost every day now, Im assistant Director at Scottsdale Parkour and Freeruning. We are the first Parkour Certified Gym in Arizona and are working hard to build the parkour community in the states.
