Caverns was originally written in the 80's on a ZX81. The tapes stopped working, and 15 years later I decided to finish the game in Delphi to run on PC's. In 2015 I decided to release the game as a web game written using Typescript (and JavaScript). But now 35 years later I decided to see if I could finish the game in Z80 so it can be run on the original hardware and maybe the Sinclair Spectrum Next when it gets released.
