After completing 6 seasons of his hit sitcom Sanford and Son, comedy legend Redd Foxx had a 12 episode run on ABC variety show from 1977-78. American audiences saw a ready for primetime version of Redd Foxx, showcasing everything from singing and dancing to stand-up monologues and of course, having fun with his friends. Producer Bob Einstein (Super Dave) also makes appearances throughout.
The show was a revolving door for Foxx's friends, everyone from Muhammad Ali, Lawanda Page, Flip Wilson, Slappy White, Iron Jaw Wilson to stars of the day Andy Kaufman, Penny Marshall, Billy Crystal, the Unknown Comic and many more!
