One of my neighbours kindly gave me a box of delicious redcurrants and I also foraged some gooseberries - let's make a fruit fool!

Ingredients used here:
For the compote:
200g berries
1.5 Tablespoons sugar
Juice of one lime

The creamy bit:
150m Double cream, whipped
Half a teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon icing sugar

Plus:
Greek yoghurt
Additional fresh berries for layering and garnish
