Nuthatches are the only birds that can walk headfirst down a tree. Other tree climbing birds, like woodpeckers, can't go down a tree headfirst, and neither can Brown creepers.
These clips were captured in Spring 2023. The birds in the video are sweet little Lentil and her mate at the time, Little Guy. I miss Lentil 💔
