For my second to last look I decided to go with Lil Red Riding Hood! I was totally inspired by this super kawaii dress I received from Happy Monday. I decided not to use any spfx makeup because I wanted to make this look super easy to follow along and recreate! Hope you enjoy and let me know what you think?!
