I had to go to EXTRAORDINARY measures to get these parts ;)
You begin by clipping on to the outer rim of the map so that you can access radiation canopy (you can break down the water wall if you prefer but it's slower) then bringing the nova blaster to the central area too.
Next you push the EB where I do in the video. Make sure it's tilted like that! Then you go to sunset, and it gets waypoint-teleported to the other side of the gate! Finally, push all the parts to the radar wall. It helps to use the 2 bulborbs nearby to help, but there is a point where neither of them are useful.
When at the wall, push the parts thraight strough to the other side. So far, this isn't consistent at all. With this method, it appears that the smaller the part the better. The radiation canopy took a long time so I brought 2 nearby parts to see it they would help it to go through instead of slide around. It's possible that they did.
Nova Blaster it seems was a hard one, or I got unlucky. The theory was that NB would be easiest since it is the part of all of them that you can push easiest with Olimar. I got it not by pushing it through the wall, but by pushing it through the floor! It came up the other side of the gate just as I reached it, staying OOB that whole time. I couldn't check on it since I did not have the radar. It would have been interesting to know how it behaved.
Regardless, now these parts are possible without yellows!

In this video I attempt to explain slightly easier routes for Forest of Hope than you will see in top level runs. If this helps beginners learn the speedrun and not get held up by the wall of Pikmin 1s FoH 1 day skill barrier, then the goal has been fulfilled.
This is a tutorial for the 6 day route of Pikmin. That might be confusing because the route I show involves completing the Forest of Hope in 2 days, but its still considered the 6 day route.
Please forgive a few mistakes that I made in the gameplay, just do your best to remember the overall route and work on your own ability to execute it. If youre curious the major mistakes I made were:
Beginner route doesnt have to have 10 on the far bridge, it depends on how fast you are up to the Sagittarius collection.
Beginner route you should wait for geiger counter because theres no reason to speed up the bridges anyway.
I messed up the snagret execution in the intermediate route because of drowning across the bridge. The timestamp for a correctly executed snagret quick bury is 7:50
I messed up the order of things to collect on day 3. Best is to get the radiation canopy first, then finish with the radar and bolt but its actually very close.
