Footage retrieved off my friend's dash cam. A red light runner hits his car, then gets out and runs away on foot. The vehicle also had mismatching front and back plates. We suspect the car was either stolen or the guy was under the influence. I'm not sure if they ended up catching the guy.
Happened in Vancouver, BC on April 18, 2020 at the intersection of E 33rd Avenue and Nanaimo Street. Both cars were written off. Dash cam used was a Viofo A119 V3.
