The Red Dot: Luminary is the highest recognition accorded at the Red Dot Award: Design Concept. From 2024, the Red Dot: Luminary will be selected from design concepts submitted by companies and design professionals while the Red Dot: Peter Zec Prize will be awarded to the best entries by young designers below the age of 30.
