The Ride With NPC v0.1 is the initial release (Alpha build) of the mod. Hence the mod is only available on Patreon for now
In the initial release "Get A Ride" is implemented which you can try by aiming at a ped and pressing the "G" key
"Give A Ride" will be implemented in upcoming versions, in which you will be the Horse rider and NPC will take the pillion seat

Once the development is complete, the mod will be free to download for everyone
