Rectum was a short-lived Finnish Death metal band from Oulu, with a rather technical, but humoristic grip in their music. During their short period of existence, band recorded and released one demo "Enforced Prick" in 1992.
Vocalist/ Lead Guitarist of the band, Jyrki Hiltunen, has also been a part of the line-up of defunct Black/ Death metal band Mythos and a progressive metal band Impish. Currently, he is a member of a Groove Metal band called Clock Paradox.
