Recreational Personal Hovercraft Christy 5143 FC
The boat Christy-5146 (5143) has a standard 5-seater closed cabin. Modifications with a fully or partially open cab are also available. The body is completely made of composite materials. The boat is equipped with a two-tier flexible fencing, all segments of which are independent and easily replaceable in the field. In this video, you can clearly see how easily the Christy boat glides through water and land, successfully moving from one surface to another. The hovercraft literally soars in the air, performing all sorts of maneuvers.
At the beginning of the video clip, the ship is tested with a load of 2 people, plus a load with a total mass of 350 kg. Starting from the 9th minute, you can watch the testing of the ship with variable ballast (sandbags) equivalent to a maximum load of 580 kg, with 3 people in the cabin, plus 350 kg of cargo and 60 liters of fuel.
The tests were successful, the declared operational and technical characteristics were confirmed. The hovercraft easily starts from the water both with partial loading and with overload.
