Here's a bass from a Scatman song I recreated through a VST.

It's also featured in Scatmambo in muffled form.

"Count Dance Bass" is just a custom name I've given to this synth. It must have an official name since it was used in two songs hinting that there is a preset of it from an unknown VST.
