Record cold threatens Southern AZ Monday as mountain snow continues | Joe Martucci reports  @breakingone4129

Monday will be chillier than Sunday, and that means record cold temperatures for April 1 will threaten Southern Arizona. According to the Climate Shift Index, Monday's high temperatures are two to three times less likely to happen in a climate changing world. Meteorologist Joe Martucci says mountain snow will continue, too, with winter storm warnings remaining in effect.
