After researching all the different methods available to record a multitrack skype interview this one is the cheapest and easiest that I've found. Many ultra high level podcasts use this method including The Tim Ferriss Show which is one of my main inspirations.

Recording is super easy, there are a couple of steps to seperate the audio tracks but it's very straight forward and the file sizes are small also :)
