I'va ran into this bug three to four times now, and it's generally more a of a helpful bug than a harmful one, aside from making your cortisol spike at the thought of a mission disconnecting so close to the end.
The bug has occurred in the same spot every time, in the hallways after the coolant rod sections on the way to the servitor eye-scanning room, it's also the last location a terminus enemy can spawn in this map on Absolute.
The game freezes up and the you get a black screen for a while before you and your squad are back in the hallway full healed and with your item pick-ups still on you.
Reclamation has two mutually exclusive RNG sections. If you had to match icons earlier to access the elevator, you won't need to find the right servitor. If you didn't match icons, then you are going to need to find servitors. After this bug occurs, however, you will need to find the servitors even if you were matching icons beforehand. Another feature of this bug is that it seems to spawn every possible crate configuration in the stage but it won't contain any item drops.
