Workers of the games industry unite! In this 2025 session highlight, five speakers will share their experiences in setting up union chapters and works councils at video game companies in Germany and abroad, along with the benefits and barriers of doing so in the modern games industry.

While work legislations differ from country to country, the basic steps to get started organising at your workplace are the same. This session will describe these steps together with some specific examples.
