This video is my recipe + review where I teach you to make meatloaf inspired by Mercury by Amy Jones Burns.

Meatloaf Recipe:
1 lbs. Lean ground beef
1/2 yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup ketchup
Sriracha to taste
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Black pepper
1 egg
Salt to taste
1. Preheat the oven to 350*F
2. In a food processor, process the onion and garlic until a smooth puree forms.
3. In a large bowl, mix the meat, 1/4 c. Ketchup, onion, spices, and egg until just well combined.
4. Press the meat into a small bread loaf pan.
5. In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup with sriracha to taste. Spoon over the top of the meatloaf.
6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
