After graduating from IUP's Academy of Culinary Arts, Dylan and Rosie Moot knew two things: that they wanted to open a restaurant, and that their education had prepared them well to do it. They now own and operate Pico Taqueria, one of the most popular restaurants on Chincoteague Island, Virginia.
