My mom is visiting and when we accidentally ran across some wild grape vines we knew had to make yebrat for dinner! These are the stuffed grape leaves you often see in Greek restaurants but they're usually called dolmas there. My Lebanese family calls them yebrat.

Recipe used here, refer to video for specific instructions:
130 fresh grape leaves
4 cups ground beef
4 cups parboiled long grain rice
6 boneless pork short ribs
3-1/2 T cinnamon
1-1/2 T salt
1-1/2 T pepper
2 cups water-added in small amounts as needed to maintain consistency

Simmer on med/low heat for 3 hours or until pork and rice is done. Serve with laban (plain yogurt), tzatziki, or lemon juice.
