Required Items: Pestle and mortar, Raw cod, Bread, Knife, Fishbowl, Needle, 3 Bronze wire, a weapon.

Step 1:Inspect Pirate Pete, then talk to the Lumbridge cook for the recipe.
Step 2:Use a kniofe on the bread, and a pestle and mortar on the cod. Receive the ingredients
Step 3:Go to Murphy and get Diving equipment.
Step 4:Dive down and collect some, kelp and Mudskipper hides for Nung.
Step 5:Enter the pen and collect some crab meat.
Step 6:Return to the surface, make the fish cake, then revive the Pirate.
