France Media, Inc. recently hosted its annual Interface KC Retail Conference at the Intercontinental Hotel on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO. The goal of the seminar was to discuss current trends in retail markets as well as outlooks for what's to come. There were three separate panels throughout the day that provided perspectives from various retailers, retail leasing agents, and commercial real estate company owners and developers.

Block & Company Vice President Phil Peck, CCIM and President David M. Block were both asked to join the panel at the event.
