In this video I rebuild my New England covered bridge mailbox after it was destroyed while I was away visiting family for Thanksgiving. This time around I improve the design and add a solar powered notification system that sends my phone a message every time the mail is delivered. As an engineer I spend most of my time problem solving and I think that's an extremely important skill. I have learned that complex problems that may seem impossible at first, can be solved by breaking them down into “byte sized” pieces.
