Kyle, an environmental scientist from Australia who quit his position in renewable energy to organise full-time with Scientist Rebellion, blocked traffic for over an hour on his own - during which he was threatened twice for telling the truth and acting like it is real.
Kyle has worked in air & noise assessment, contaminated land remediation and renewable energy. Prior to COP26 in November 2021, Kyle quit his position to mobilise scientists with SR to actually act like we are in a climate emergency - because we are.
Kyle was arrested twice at COP26 and has been involved in actions with Scientist Rebellion Germany + Aufstand der letzten Generation; he will join us in direct action during our April Global Rebellion.
