A super quick, realistic, real-time video of how I journal. Some days I only have 10 minutes or so, but I still wanted to journal a bit so I turned the camera on and shared with you my process. There are days where I have a couple of these 10 minute pockets of time and eventually these 5-10 minutes add up and create something really memorable. I hope you can find the time to journal a little bit too.
